Nethercott South

Approximately one mile north of Wyoming State Highway 22 and the Moose-Wilson Road, Nethercott Lane extends eastward and serves as the dividing line between two neighborhoods with different characteristics. South of Nethercott Lane exists subdivisions such as Pioneer Subdivision, Hard Winter Subdivision, Rivendell Subdivision and Willow Flats Subdivision. Most of these developments were created during the early-to-mid 1990’s and are comprised of 3-8 acre lots that are square or rectangular in shape.  The acreage of these lots provides the opportunity for equestrian use, a relative rarity in such proximity to the ski area. Homes in this development frequently have values between $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.
