South of Town

Traveling southward from High School Road (the southern boundary of the Town of Jackson’s incorporated limits), the “South of Town” market area extends to the terminus of Teton County.  The primary access to this area is provided by South Highway 89. A majority of the residences in this area are located between High School Road and the intersection of Highway 89 and the Snake River.  Homes in this area exhibit a wide range in market appeal, from modest single-family homes  to luxury homes with Snake River frontage or membership in the 3 Creek Ranch (a development offering a private Reese Jones-designed golf course and Spring Creek fishing beats).
