Located in the Driggs Fly-In Parkway, this medium size hangar measures 85' wide x 50' deep with a Schweiss Bi-Fold door that opens to 55' wide x 16' high. The overhead door opening for RV or other vehicles measures 16' wide x 10' high. The hangar is heated by a suspended, gas blower furnace. The plumbing infrastructure is designed to accommodate a ground floor bathroom and utility sink as well as future construction of a 2nd level apartment. City and Federal regulations allow for an apartment to be constructed inside the hangar with a maximum living space of 1,250 sq. ft. This hangar can accommodate a variety of mid range jets and jet props, up to the size of a Citation 560 Ultra and all of the LearJet models. The space can hold up to 5 small single engine aircraft.
