More Recently Developed Subdivisions
This grouping of lots is defined by its chronology rather than unifying physical characteristics. The development patterns in Jackson, Wyoming, and for that matter Teton County, have been shaped by a scarcity of land (over 97% of the acreage in Teton County is either public land or protected by conservation easement). As such, it is not uncommon for price-conscious housing to be in proximity to high end development. However, as the subdivisions in this grouping were platted in 1992 or later, these lots have been developed with housing that uniformly reflects current construction conventions and finishes. Homes in these developments can range from more modest 3-bedroom homes to residences in excess of 4,000 square feet that have commanded price points in the two million dollar range.
