East of Village Road
The West Bank North area can be further allocated between its east and west halves, using the Moose-Wilson Road (access road to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort) as the demarcation line. With only a few exceptions, the real estate east of the Moose-Wilson Road is comprised of high end homes that have historically ranged in value from the $1,000,000 to $20,000,000. Most commonly, homes range in value between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 and have habitable area ranging from 3,000 to 8,000 square feet. Lots typically range in size from 3 to 6 acres, with Snake River-fronting lots being the most valuable. As with most properties in the West Bank North market area, scenic views and proximity to skiing, golfing, hiking, Grand Teton National Park and inclusion in the Wilson School District help to define the value of this market area.
