Melody Ranch
Melody Ranch is located approximately 4 miles south of High School Road, the southern boundary of the incorporated limits of Jackson. The first phase of Melody Ranch was platted in 1995, when Paul Von Gontard began the conversion of the cattle ranch he had visited since his boyhood to over 260 acres of residential homesites. Mr. Von Gontard used a level of care and planning in this process that is reflective of his love of the land, and dedicated over 70% of the development to common area that ensures that the homesites ranging from .33 to nearly an acre best maximize their potential for views and seclusion. An excellent system of pathways allow residents to walk or bike throughout the development and enjoy native grassland meadows, mountain views and Flat Creek, which meanders through the property. Being a newer development, homes in Melody Ranch are most often reflective of current architectural styles and finishes, with single-family homes most frequently range in size from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet.
